PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator including a rush current prevention circuit for preventing currents from being consumed after the voltage regulator starts.SOLUTION: The start circuit of a voltage regulator is configured of: a constant current circuit; a first transistor connected between the constant current circuit and a constant voltage generation circuit; a second transistor whose drain is connected to the gate of the first transistor, and to whose gate a voltage based on an output voltage is input; a first depression transistor whose gate is connected to the drain of the second transistor, and whose source is connected to the source of the second transistor; and a third transistor whose gate is connected to the gate of the second transistor, and whose drain is connected to the drain of the second transistor. |
