PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation control device and method for vehicle auxiliary machine which can realize a favorable fuel consumption rate and which can actuate auxiliary machine at an efficient timing.SOLUTION: An actuation control device (1) includes a section (11) that detects a driving parameter, a section (12) that detects a state parameter of auxiliary machine (4), a storage section (13) that stores an engine fuel consumption map, actuation priority information and actuation need information in advance, a section (14) that calculates a degree of need for actuating the auxiliary machine, a section (15) that estimates a fuel consumption rate and specifies actuation priority, and a section (16) that actuates the auxiliary machine when the degree of need for actuation is greater than the actuation priority. |
