PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method for a stream tunnel that effectively utilizes a carrying device of a stream tunnel pipe, thereby improving work efficiency and achieving facility cost reduction.SOLUTION: At an assembly site A away from a casting place B where a stream tunnel 10 in which a pipe 7 is embedded in concrete 10a is casted, a plurality of partition walls 8 are assembled together at an outer peripheral part of a falsework material 5 supported in advance by a mount 4 on a truck 3 to form a follow-on pipe 7. The truck 3 is moved from the assembly site A to the casting plate B together with the mount 4 and falsework material 5 along a rail 2. An end part 7a of the follow-on pipe 7 is connected to an end part 7b of the pipe 7 of a preceding stream tunnel 10 that is already installed in a casting place B. The concrete is fed to a casting chamber provided between the follow-on pipe 7 and a formwork arranged around the follow-on pipe 7 to cast the follow-on stream tunnel in which the follow-on pipe 7 is embedded in the concrete. The truck 3 is returned to the assembly place A from the casting site B together with the mount 4 and falsework material 5 along the rail 2. The falsework material 5 is separated from the pipe of the follow-on stream tunnel, and then the follow-on stream tunnel is connected to the preceding stream tunnel 10. By the present invention, work efficiency is improved and facility cost is reduced. |
