PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an aftertaste of a sense stimulating component that can objectively and specifically evaluate a difference between sensory stimuli.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating a sense stimulating component in a component to be tested that uses a taste analysis liquid chromatograph system measures a component to be tested by using the taste analysis liquid chromatograph system to obtain taste evaluation data, and, by regarding the taste evaluation data as indexes, evaluates durability of the strength of sensory stimuli of the component to be tested from continuous changes in the strength of the component to be tested. |
