PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To principally provide a heat-shrinkable cylindrical label that is improved to have neither sink marks nor wrinkles.SOLUTION: An upper part of the reverse side of a center part 10 of a heat-shrinkable base film is coated with spots 13 of a heat-sensitive adhesive at intervals in a shrinking direction. Upper parts of the reverse side of one end 11 and the other end 12 are also coated with spots 14 of a heat-sensitive adhesive at intervals in the shrinking direction. While the base film is folded flatly at two fold parts 9a and 9b, the respective spots 13 and 14 are parallel in an array in the shrinking direction without overlapping in a projection of a cylindrical label in a thickness direction.
