PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure vehicle security even if communication of an in-vehicle electronic control system with an external device is carried out by using the same communication standard as applied to a computer network.SOLUTION: A device identifier acquired by identification information acquisition processing is registered in a memory 12 if it is determined by a state determination processing that the vehicle state is under a security securing state, while the device identifier is not registered in the memory 12 if it is determined that the vehicle state is not under the security securing state. Further, information exchange between an external device 3 and ECU 1 identified by the device identifier is permitted if it is determined in a registration processing that the device identifier acquired by the identification information acquisition processing is registered in the memory 12, while the information exchange is prohibited when the device identifier is determined not to be registered in the memory 12. |
