PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in heating value of a heating wire caused by damaging of an insulation layer.SOLUTION: A heater element 40 includes a heat insulation sheet 41, a heat conductive sheet 43 overlaid on the heat insulation sheet 41, a heating body 45 having a heating wire arranged between the heat insulation sheet 41 and heat conductive sheet 43 and generating heat, and an insulation layer electrically insulating the heating wire and heat conductive sheet 43 from each other. The heat conductive sheet 43 is divided by a first slit 61, a second slit 62, a third slit 63, a fourth slit 64, and a fifth slit 65 extending to cross an extension direction of the heating wire. |
