PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy metal fixing agent and a treatment method capable of fixing heavy metals and capable of stably maintaining elution-preventing effect for a long time in a chemical treatment method widely used as a heavy metal fixing method.SOLUTION: A heavy metal fixing agent used for incineration fly ash includes a triazole compound. A heavy metal fixing agent is added into the incineration fly ash to be mixed therein so that the heavy metals in the incineration fly ash are fixed and elution is prevented. |
