PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of suppressing useless consumption of toner and contamination of a sheet body when an image is formed in the tab part of a tab sheet and reducing occurrence of a defective image due to deterioration of the toner following charge-up of the toner.SOLUTION: An image forming device controls a voltage difference so as to be a first voltage difference VB1 by which toner can be bidirectionally moved between a developer support rotor and a toner support rotor in a toner layer forming mode TM and a toner layer is formed on the surface of the toner support rotor at a timing of printing a tab part Tb in tab paper T1 which has a rectangular sheet body Ta and the tab part Tb extended from the peripheral edge of the sheet body Ta when printing only the tab part Tb, and controls a voltage difference so as to be a second voltage difference VB2 by which the toner layer formed on the surface of the toner support rotor in a toner layer peeling mode HM is peeled off and approximately all toner forming the toner layer is moved to the developer support rotor at other timings.
