PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming apparatus and a forming method capable of realizing highly accurate work to a workpiece at a low cost.SOLUTION: A forming apparatus includes: a multistage pressing device 1 arranged along a pressing direction and provided with a first die pair 10, a second die pair 20 and a third die pair 30; and a drawing device for performing drawing work of applying force including components in a direction orthogonal to the pressing direction to a workpiece. The drawing work of applying the force including the components in the direction orthogonal to the pressing direction is performed to the workpiece by the drawing device, and the work other than the drawing work is performed to the workpiece by the multistage pressing device 1. |
