The apparatus has an internal database including data of animal or plant species with necessary parameters, where a user chooses desired species, which the user desires to raise or cultivate, among the animal or the plant species, by reproducing a living environment according to a place of origin of the species. The reproduced environment depends on real-time climatic conditions including day, seasonal, annual, monsoon and drought periods, and unexpected climatic events. The real-time climatic conditions is relative to the place of origin of the species, and chosen using a wireless fidelity connection or Global System for Mobile Communication, or Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, or Third generation, or Fourth generation.
