PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver, a broadcast reception method and a program, enabling confirmation of a broadcast content afterwards when browsing the Internet during viewing of broadcast.SOLUTION: A broadcast wave input into an antenna/tuner unit 101 is tuned, and the signal A01 thereof is forwarded to a DTV viewing unit 102 to decode process in the DTV viewing unit 102, and then the signal A03 thereof is displayed on a display unit 105. A data broadcast portion included in the signal A03 is displayed on the display unit 105. When a user selects an Internet URL, a control unit 106 controls a communication unit 104 to function to suspend the DTV viewing unit 102. The communication unit 104 accesses the Internet, so that the information A05 thereof is displayed on the display unit 105. Simultaneously, the control unit 106 controls a DTV recording/reproducing unit 103 to record a channel signal A02 during viewing. |
