PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor having high flexibility in setting ESR and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor 10 comprises coordination layers 13a and 13b that limit the connecting width between a first internal electrode layer 111 and a first external electrode 12a and the connecting width between a second internal electrode layer 112 and a second external electrode 12b respectively. This enables equivalent series resistance (ESR) to be arbitrarily coordinated depending on the sizes of the respective widths. That is, the multilayer capacitor is used to coordinate ESR with high flexibility and to achieve desirable ESR with high accuracy. |
