PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce as many as possible erroneous input of a passage order by an umpire when displaying the passage order, which is determined by the umpire during a horse race, on an arrival order display board.SOLUTION: A passage order input system includes a passage order determination support apparatus 4, in which a live image taken by an image taking part 46 and horse number data of the three fastest passage orders obtained by analyzing the image taken by the image taking part 46 by means of an image analysis part 47 are displayed on a display part 48; the horse number data of a passage order recognized by an umpire and the horse number data obtained by the image analysis part 47 are compared with each other; and when it is determined that both coincide with each other and a display instruction switch 43 is pushed down, the horse number data obtained by the image analysis part 47 are transmitted to an arrival order control apparatus 2 that controls an arrival order display board 5. The umpire performs a double check of a subjective recognition by the umpire and an objective recognition by the image analysis part 47, and thereafter performs the transmission to the arrival order control apparatus 2; accordingly, it is possible to dramatically reduce erroneous inputs in the arrival order control apparatus 2. |
