PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic videophone device which can simply correct the problem of reverse stereoscopic vision in an integral imaging system and can achieve both high resolution and a large jump distance.SOLUTION: In a stereoscopic videophone device incorporating a stereoscopic image photographing unit and a stereoscopic image display unit of integral imaging type, the stereoscopic image photographing unit forms the image of a first subject which is the figure of one's self in the vicinity of a first lens group retaining its irregularity relation intact to photograph the stereoscopic image of the first subject thus formed, and the stereoscopic image display unit displays the stereoscopic image of a second subject which is the figure of the other party shot by a stereoscopic photographing unit of another stereoscopic videophone device in the vicinity of a second lens group retaining its irregularity relation intact and displays the stereoscopic image of the second subject displayed in the vicinity of the second lens group at a plane symmetrical position by reversing its irregularity relation by the action of a reflection type plane symmetry image formation element. |
