PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile semiconductor storage device in which the load of a data bus shared by columns is reduced.SOLUTION: The nonvolatile semiconductor storage device relating to an embodiment includes a column decoder having a plurality of sense amplifier blocks, a plurality of external data latches, and a data bus for transmitting and receiving data between the plurality of sense amplifier blocks and the plurality of external data latches. The data bus has a sense amplifier part to which the plurality of sense amplifier blocks are connected and a data latch part to which the plurality of external data latches are connected. The sense amplifier part of the data bus further has an inside part which is adjacent to the data latch part and to which the prescribed number of sense amplifier blocks is connected, an outside part which is farther from the data latch part than the inside part and to which the prescribed number of sense amplifier blocks is connected, and a first switch 1 for connecting/disconnecting the inside part and/from the outside part. |
