PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an earthquake resistant performance while suppressing a feeling of charging to an inhabitant and to prevent the appearance from being damaged after construction, in an external earthquake strengthening structure.SOLUTION: An external earthquake strengthening structure comprises an outer wall hole provided on an outer wall of an existent wooden building in a direction vertical to the outer wall, a bolt member inserted into the outer wall hole and fixed while inserted, a nut member mounted from the outside of the existent wooden building to the bolt member, an earthquake strengthening member fixed onto the outer wall by the bolt member and the nut member for improving an earthquake resistant performance of the existent wooden building, a greening member installed at a position away from the outer wall of the existent wooden building by a predetermined distance for installing plants hiding the earthquake strengthening member from the outside, and a greening member fixture of which one end is fixed onto the outer wall of the existent wooden building by the bolt member and the nut member and of which the other end protrudes in the direction vertical to the outer wall for installing the greening member at the position. |
