<p>PURPOSE: A monitor lifting device is provided to mount various types of monitors on one lifting device by adjusting a length of an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A monitor lifting device comprises a base plate (10), an upper sliding plate (100), and an upper sliding plate moving unit. The upper sliding plate is moved in an upper part of the base plate with an up-down sliding, and moves a position of a mounted monitor.
