PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcohol malt drink improved in foam retentivity without complicating production process/equipment and causing increase in cost: and to provide a method for producing the nonalcohol malt drink.SOLUTION: A non-alcohol malt drink is produced by using wheat malt. The use rate of the wheat malt in sweetwort raw material is preferably 5% or more. The non-alcohol malt drink production method for producing the non-alcohol malt drink includes using the wheat malt to prepare wheat wort and using the wheat wort to produce a non-alcohol malt drink. The use rate of the wheat malt in the wheat wort raw material is preferably 5% or more. |
