PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container carrier having a container which is hoisted and lowered during traveling and capable of preventing a fall during turning traveling.SOLUTION: A regulation speed (falling speed) brought about by a traveling motor 35 and the like capable of stably turning a container carrier 11 is determined in a constantly consecutive manner by a turning radius of the container carrier (vehicle body) 11 which is determined by present steering angles of wheels 31, 32, 33 and 34, and an a height position of the center of gravity of the vehicle body which is determined by the present height position of a hoisted/lowered container C; and turning traveling is performed by restricting a traveling speed command by the regulation speed. This can prevent the container carrier 11 having the container C which is hoisted and lowered during the traveling from falling during the turning traveling. |
