PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine combustion quality of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device (100) is mounted on a vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine (10) connected to a carrier shaft of a planetary gear mechanism (13) and a motor generator (11) connected to a sun gear shaft of the planetary gear mechanism. The internal combustion engine control device includes: calculating means (21, 22 and 23) for calculating an output torque of the internal combustion engine for each of a plurality of cylinders by an operation expression including an item on inertia of the internal combustion engine, an item on inertia of the motor generator and an item on torque reaction by the motor generator; and determining means (21, 22 and 23) for determining a cylinder being relatively large in a difference between the maximum torque and the minimum torque in the output torque calculated for each of the plurality of cylinders as a cylinder causing combustion failure. |
