PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately move a plate member.SOLUTION: A shift control device includes: a plate member 52 having a plurality of recessed portions according to shift positions; a regulation member 54 engaged with the plate member 52 by being pressed by a predetermined pressing force and fixing the shift position; an actuator 40 moving the plate member 52; and a control means 50 controlling driving of the actuator, moving the plate member 52 to a target position, and moving to a target shift position. The control means 50 determines the target position of the plate member 52 in the target shift position with the position of the plate member as a reference position, the position of the plate member being in the shift position at a terminal when moved during movement of the plate member 52 in one direction or the other direction. |
