PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device and an image forming device which reinforce an upper sheet tray so as to stack a large quantity of sheets, and also reliably remove static electricity charged on the sheet after ejection by a simple structure, thereby finely maintaining sequence capacity and a stacked state of the sheets stacked on a lower sheet tray.SOLUTION: In an in-body paper ejection type image forming device 10, a sheet stacking device 20 is provided in a paper ejection space 21. A metal rib 48 is provided on the back 54 of an upper tray 41 of the sheet stacking device 20, and extends to a longitudinal direction 7. The metal rib 48 is disposed at a position which can remove static electricity charged on a distal end part of a printed paper in a process in which the printed paper is ejected onto a lower tray 42 on the back 54. |
