PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove sound which does not derive from an inspection object including unsteady sound, from a measurement signal formed by collecting sound emitted from the inspection object.SOLUTION: A measuring unit 18 collects sound that an inspection object 12 outputs, according to an inspection waveform with a microphone 38 using an inspection waveform having an audible frequency band in which an amplitude periodically becomes zero, and generates measurement data. A noise processing unit 20 samples the measurement data for every zero-cross point of the inspection waveform to extract noise data. A signal generation unit 24 subtracts an amplitude spectrum of the noise data from an amplitude spectrum of the measurement data to remove noise components from the measurement data and generate sound data corresponding to the sound output by the inspection object. |
