PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent other people from easily canceling a function unusable state when a terminal is in the function unusable state such as a screen lock state.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 comprises: a touch panel 11; a display unit 12 which displays and moves a candidate of cancellation information on the touch panel 11 in a screen lock state in which predetermined functions are unusable; a position input unit 13 which inputs positional information indicating a position on the touch panel 11; a cancellation information input unit 14 which inputs the cancellation information according to the position indicated by the positional information and the position of the candidate at the time when the positional information is input; a determination unit 15 which determines whether the cancellation information satisfies a pre-registered condition; and a screen lock control unit 16 which cancels the screen lock state according to the determination.
