PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material display server, a material display system, and their operation methods which are capable of reducing security risk.SOLUTION: A material display server includes: a voice analysis unit 111 which determines which one of plural pieces of material data stored in a material data storage unit 101 should be displayed and determines which one of page data included in the determined material data should be displayed, in accordance with an audio stream; a material reading function unit 104 which reads the determined material data out of the material data storage unit 101; an image acquisition unit 112 which acquires an image corresponding to the determined page data; and a video stream transmission unit 115 which transmits a video stream based on the acquired image.
