PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell circuit capable of reducing power loss at a bypass diode in a solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell circuit 13 includes solar cell units 11a, 11b which are electrically connected in series, and a diode D1 connected in parallel to the solar cell unit 11a, having a breakdown voltage Vr1 which is higher than an output voltage Vo of the solar cell unit 11a, and a forward voltage Vf1. The diode D1 can bypass a current from the solar cell unit 11b. A diode D2, connected to the solar cell unit 11b in parallel, has a breakdown voltage Vr2 which is higher than an output voltage Vo of the solar cell unit 11b and lower than the breakdown voltage Vr1, and a forward voltage Vf2 lower than the forward voltage Vf1. The diode D2 can bypass a current from the solar cell unit 11a. |
