PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offset overs and shorts of lubricating oil to the required engine cooling effect by fuel directly injected into a cylinder.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes a fuel supply device for directly injecting and supplying the fuel into a cylinder, a fuel injection control device for controlling injection operation of the fuel supply device, a temperature state detecting device for detecting a temperature state of a piston, and an operation state detecting device for detecting an engine operation state. In the fuel injection control device, a fuel injection quantity is set in response to the engine operation state, an operation condition of the fuel supply device on atomization accomplishing force of the injected fuel is set in response to the temperature state of the piston (S110-120), and a control command is generated to the fuel supply device for injecting the fuel of the fuel injection quantity under a preset operation condition (S122). |
