PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing effects of a sliding surface further than the prior arts.SOLUTION: A releasing device 10 includes a release fork 12 including: an effort pat 18 to be pressed in response to operation of a clutch pedal; a fulcrum part 20 to be a rotation center in pressing to the effort part 18; and a load part 22 which is rotated around the fulcrum part 20 in pressing to the effort part 18 to disconnect a driving source and a clutch disc. The releasing device further includes: a fork support 14 including a sliding surface 24 for supporting the release form 12 rotatable in the fulcrum part 20; and a seal member 16 including a sliding member 32 which is held between the fulcrum part 20 of the release form 12 and the sliding surface 24 of the fork support 14 and in which a friction coefficient of a first contact surface 36 in contact with the sliding surface 24 is lower than a friction coefficient of a second contact surface 38 in contact with the fulcrum part 20, and a cover member 34 which is connected to the sliding member 32 and covers the sliding surface 24 together with the sliding member 32.
