The fitting (1) has a modular structure provided with a T-shaped main element (2), straight connection elements (3), an arched main element, a reducing connection element, an instrument connection element and a short stub end. The main elements, the connection elements and the stub end comprise front surfaces (4, 5) extending perpendicular to a center axis (8). The main elements, the connection elements and the stub end are welded with each other at the front surfaces. The front surfaces of the elements are formed as circular. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a fitting. |
