<p>PURPOSE: A production method of foamed aluminum containing carbon nanotube (CNT) graphene is provided to add CNTs and graphene into aluminum powder for offering the property of the CNTs and graphene to the foamed aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A production method of CNT graphene aluminum powder comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts by weight of aluminum powder (smaller than 75 um) with 5-10 parts by weight of CNT graphene solution, and drying the mixture at 100-200°C; and processing the dried mixture with ultrasonic waves for uniformly dispersing CNTs and graphene in the aluminum powder. A production method of foamed aluminum containing CNT graphene comprises the following steps: dissolving the CNT graphene aluminum powder in a melting furnace; adding 1.5-2 wt% of thickening agent (ca) into the molten CNT graphene aluminum powder, and mixing the CNT graphene aluminum powder with molten metal; adding 0.5-2.5 wt% of foaming agent (TiH2); inserting the mixture into a mold for growing bubbles; and cooling the mold.</p> |
