PURPOSE: A magnetic nano particle for a nucleic acid cell transfer and a producing method thereof are provided to perfectly coat a metal oxide magnetic particle with a silane including an epoxy-based functional group. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a magnetic nano particle for a nucleic acid cell transfer comprises the following steps: (a)thermally decomposing a mixture of carbonyl metal and a stabilizer after removing oxygen; forming a metal magnetic nano particle; (b)forming a metal oxide magnetic nano particle by reacting the metal magnetic nano particle with oxygen; (c)forming a metal oxide magnetic nano particle coated with functional silane by reacting the metal oxide magnetic nano particle with a functional silane compound and ultra-pure water; and (d)producing a magnetic nano particle for the cell transfer by reacting the metal oxide magnetic nano particle coated with functional silane with a compound for the cell transfer. |
