The block (1) has an upper face, a lower face, longitudinal faces, and two groups of cells (2), where each cell crosses the block from the lower face toward the upper face. Each cell is delimited by longitudinal walls (3) and solid transverse walls (4). A securing unit is superposed on another construction block. The securing unit includes notches (5) projecting from the former block in direction of its height, where each notch is associated with the respective cell and formed on the lower or upper face of the former block on the longitudinal walls at certain angle to transverse walls. An independent claim is also included for a mural wall.
