The tool (O) has a casing (CM) that is provided on an external face (FE) with two protuberances (PR) that are approximately aligned according to a selected direction. Each protuberance is arranged with a definite hole (TT) crossing a direction perpendicular to another direction. An immobilization unit (MI) is suitable to be plated against the external face of the casing after introduction of coupling axes (AC) so as to immobilize a ratchet mechanism (MD) on the coupling axes. The immobilization unit is provided with an immobilization leg (PI).
