FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates agriculture, in particular - to thermal treatment of feedstuffs at livestock farms and inter-farm feedstuff enterprises. The method includes components delivery into receptacle bins with embedded het exchangers, dosaging, mixing in the assembly transporter, treatment in the barometric treatment reactor, cooling, heated air withdrawal via the heat manifold and its delivery into the receptacle bins heat exchangers. Loose feedstuff discharged from the barometric treatment reactor is delivered for pressing into the press granulator in order to obtain granules and proceeds with pressing, punching, cutting granules with preset size and cooling in the cooler. To prevent granules agglomeration one regulates the rate of the cooler belt transporter movement. The heat medium (steam) released by loose feedstuffs when discharged from the barometric treatment reactor is withdrawn and delivered, via the steam conduit, into the heat exchangers installed in the receptacle bins for soya, rapeseeds and grains. Heat from granules cooling off is withdrawn into the preheaters installed in the vessels for fat, molasses and other additives.EFFECT: invention usage allows to reduce energy expenditures during granulated feedstuffs production.1 dwg |
