A lamp apparatus is provided to manage correctly a using state of a lamp and a history of the lamp by reading easily faucet lamp data. A lamp apparatus includes a lamp, an adaptor part, and a faucet holder. The lamp includes a faucet part for supplying power by protecting and supporting mechanically a valve(10) of a light emitting part(9) for radiating light. The adaptor part is installed at the faucet part. The faucet holder is formed to protect and support the faucet part through the adaptor part. The faucet part includes a lamp data display portion(32) for displaying the lamp data. The adaptor part includes a window portion which does not cover the lamp data display portion. |
