PURPOSE: A dot inversion type liquid crystal display device obtains a charging period for a pixel by inserting a reset period into a polarity reversal charging period of the pixel during one clock, thereby minimizing vertical crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel (100) has gate lines and data lines in a matrix form. A gate driver circuit (125) applies a gate driving signal with a delay interval to the gate line per vertical N-dot, where N is a natural number from 2 or more. A data driver circuit (126) applies a data voltage with the reversed polarity to the data line per vertical N-dot. A timing controller (122) controls the gate and data driver circuits. The data driver circuit converts the data voltage into a ground level during the delay interval.
