PURPOSE: Call section substitute phone service providing method, device thereof and reverse telephone charge calculation method are provided to automatically perform call connection between basic phone and substitutive phone according to substitutive phone subscription or substitutive phone standby state of a recipient. CONSTITUTION: A switching judgment module (12) transmits a call connection request to substitutive phone network and basic phone network through substitutive communication module and basic phone communication module, respectively. When a call connection request to a substitutive communication network is failed, the switching judgment module maintains a call connection request of the substitutive phone network or basic call of the basic phone network. When the call connection request to the substitutive phone network is succeeded or a substitutive call is established, the switching judgment module discontinues a call connection request of the basic phone network or discontinues a call. The switching judgment module replaces a call of the basic phone network into a call of the substitutive phone network.
