PURPOSE: A reinforced composite membrane is stably surface contacted with an electrode as a polymer electrolyte film in a membrane-electrode assembly and to improve the performance and durability of a fuel cell in a fuel cell operation condition. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced composite membrane comprises a porous support which includes a polymer nanofiber randomly aligned and directional mechanical properties; and an ion conductor filled in the pores of the porous support. The porous support is manufactured by continuously curing the nanofiber of a polymer precursor manufactured by electrospinning a precursor solution including the polymer precursor for forming a porous support while a plurality of rollers are transferred in zigzag under the application of a rolling tension of 1-15 N.
