<p>The panel (1) has smooth and flat upper and lower main aspect walls (21, 22) covered with esthetic coating (13), and presenting reliefs, decorative forms, recesses or cavities to receive or set an object e.g. beaker. The panel encloses a non visible functional element at level of the walls, and is realized by semi-blowing. The element is placed between an intermediate hollow panel (12) and a gob molded by blowing plastic material. The element has a rigidification structure (14), a flexible sheet and a less compressible and rigid insulator plate e.g. bitumen based heavy isolator plate. The rigidification structure is in form of continuous ribs, rectilinear segments or alveolar reinforcements in honeycomb structure. The recesses form a pen-tray. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a hollow panel.</p> |
