PURPOSE: A system for improving numerical map accuracy according to data comparison between geographic features is provided to improve the accuracy of a numerical map by conveniently performing site investigation work, accurately collecting site investigation data, and quickly using the same. CONSTITUTION: A square collection device body includes a guide bar in the front and a touch screen (110b) performs the input and output of a signal. An original drawing database stores an original drawing including coordinates, an original drawing reproducing module (110n) reproduces an original drawing, and a GPS module (110d) checks a current position. If a change geographic feature coordinate output signal is inputted through a touch screen (110b), a change geographic feature coordinate output module (110e) receives a position signal form the GPS module to output coordinates about an area having a change.
