PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of health functional porridge and health functional porridge are provided to enhance taste and to be healthy by preventing diabetes, high blood pressure and the like. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of health functional porridge comprises the following steps: soaking 43-48wt% of nonglutinous rice, 8-12wt% of glutinous rice, 17-20wt% of germinated brown rice and 2-4wt% of black soybean; boiling 1-2wt% or dried Lentinus edodes in boiling water; pulverizing the soaked cereals and the Lentinus edodes parboiled in water; putting the pulverized cereals and Lentinus edodes and water, in which the Lentinus edodes has been boiled, into a caldron and heating the same; additionally adding 13-16wt% of mulberry leaf powder, 2-4wt% of garlic, and 1-3wt% of onions to the heated mixture; and additionally adding 0.5-1wt% of Salicomia herbacea salt and 0.5-2wt% of plum extracts into the mixture.
