FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: image composed of macroblocks measuring 16x16 is selected from a reference frame, wherein each macroblock is assigned a pixel band with width "a", which serves as field region, as a motion-compensated image and is considered as the input image for the filtration process. The value "a" is defined according to the number of filter branches with a finite impulse response. The filtration process is performed using a motion-compensated image as the input image and the predicted image measuring 16x16 pixels is transmitted to the output as the output image of the filtration process. The predicted image is added in an adder to the output image of the inverse orthogonal transformation circuit and the summation result is used as a macroblock making up the decoded frame.EFFECT: generating a predicted image with high accuracy without increasing processor load.6 cl, 1 dwg |
