FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed braking hardware comprises driver seat direction detector, braking module and changeover module. Proposed method comprises stages whereat driver seat direction is defined to brake the wheels on one side in car body motion direction and wheels on opposite side. Note here that preset braking force distribution is varied in compliance with defined direction of driver seat.
