The outgassing haptic feedback providing device selectively sprays gas to provide haptic feedbacks on a contact position when a user contacts a part of the contact position on the touch input unit. The air actuator is provided with innumerable openings (111) for the gas to be sprayed on the window, where the gas flows through the opening inside each shell (121) onto the window.</p>
