PURPOSE: A cushion flooring material using a PLA resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb impact, allow a user to include excellent feeling for a walk, and prevent environmental contamination caused by disuse by using the PLA resin which is an environmentally-friendly material. CONSTITUTION: A cushion flooring material (1) using a PLA resin comprises a surface layer (10) and a base layer (100). The surface layer includes a back layer (50), a foam layer (40), a printing layer (30), a transparent layer (20), and a surface coating layer (12) protecting the printing layer from the bottom. The foam layer and the transparent layer are formed with the PLA resin. An adhesive is coated on the upper surface of the base layer and is attached to the surface layer. |
