PURPOSE: A multipurpose roaster is provided to selectively cook the food in a pot or meat because the food in a pot is cooked by adding the heat upwardly or the food is cooked by direct fire as the heat is downwardly added in a state where the food is raised by a lifting member. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose roaster comprises a case (10), a heating source (30), a lifting member, and a rotating member. A space is formed inside the case formed in an enclosed shape. An opening unit is formed to the upper part of the case. The lifting member lifts the heating source from the case. The rotating member guides the rotation of the heating source in order that the heating source emits the heat to the upper part of the case or to an inner space of the case and fixes the rotated heating source. |
