FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and nose surgery. Essence of method consists in surgical correction of bone-cartilage skeleton of nasal septum in case of its deformation or carrying out plastic covering of nasal septum perforation. In case of intra-operation ruptures of nasal septum mucosa with formation of covering tissue defects simultaneous plasty is carried out. Mucoperiost from the bottom of nasal cavity on the side of rupture is separated, its longitudinal cut is made, with obtaining in this way flap mobility, upper edge of rupture is de-epithelised along entire length on 1 mm. After that, trans-septum in-puncture of needle from intact side of nasal septum at the level of de-epithelised section of mucosa is performed and thread is passed onto the side of rupture. From the side of perichindrium mobilized flap is sewn in "?"-shaped way, with 0.5 mm indent from defect edge. Needle with thread is passed more distally from the first in-puncture, free ends of surgical thread are pulled, which contributes to matching of edges of rupture of nasal septum mucosa in "overlapping" manner. After that knot of "?"-shaped suture is tied up without tension on intact side of nasal septum.EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to perform fixation of flaps with healing nasal septum mucosa without defects and scar deformation.1 tbl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
