PURPOSE: A gate pump including an opening maintaining structure of a flap valve is provided to improve efficiency of a pump by preventing the flap valve from being shaken, preventing related components from being damaged, and minimizing the degradation of internal drainage pressure. CONSTITUTION: A gate pump including an opening maintaining structure of a flap valve (21) comprises a rotary shaft (110), a latch wheel (120), a latch block (130), and an operation module (140). The rotary shaft is installed on the upper part of the flap valve and is rotatably connected to a pump case (22). The latch block allows the flap valve to rotate and suppress the rotation of the flap valve which is for closing a fluid path of a drain. A latch pole (131) selectively suppressing the rotation of the latch wheel by being connected to the latch wheel is included. The operation module allows the latch block to be separated from the latch wheel when the gate pump is stopped. |
