FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in treatment of fractures or consequences of traumas of diaphysis of forearm bone(s). Axial compressing pin (ACP) is passed through bone fragments or successively through one bone fragment, bone autotransplant and other bone fragment. Reposition of bone fragments is carried out. ACP is fixed to base module. Conical threaded rod is additionally introduced into each bone fragment at right angle to longitudinal axis of forearm bone(s), with fixation of its external end to supports of external fixation. Supports of external fixation are connected to each other with threaded bars. After that, compression between bone fragments is created. When radiologically primary regenerate appears between bone fragments, supports of external fixation, threaded bars and threaded conical rods are removed. ACP and base module are removed after complete union of bone fragments with each other or with bone autotransplant.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase rigidity of fixation of bone fragments, reduce treatment terms, preserve rotary movements of forearm from the first days of post-operation period and during entire period of fixation, as well as to eliminate development of contractures in proximal and distal radioulnar joints.1 ex, 5 dwg |
